Purchases are processed by the platform where you downloaded the app, such as Google Play, Apple App Store, Amazon Appstore, Samsung Galaxy Store, Microsoft Store, Huawei AppGallery, or another authorized store.
We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details. Payment processing, billing, refunds, and cancellation rules are handled by the relevant platform or payment provider.
Unless required by law or platform policy, purchases of digital content are final and non-refundable. If you want to request a refund, please contact the app store or payment provider where the purchase was made.
Some Services may offer subscription-based features. Subscription terms, billing periods, renewal rules, trial periods, cancellation methods, and refund options are shown at the time of purchase and are managed by the relevant app store or payment provider.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date according to the app store’s rules. You are responsible for managing and cancelling subscriptions through your app store account settings.

If you download our apps from Google Play, Apple App Store, Amazon Appstore, Samsung Galaxy Store, Microsoft Store, Huawei AppGallery, or another platform, your use of the app may also be subject to that platform’s terms, rules, and policies.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and the platform’s required terms, the platform’s terms may apply to the extent required by that platform.
If you download our apps from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and TriSphere Studios, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for our apps or their content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for our apps. If an app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price where applicable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you where applicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If a dispute arises between you and TriSphere Studios, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
Subject to applicable law, any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding related to these Terms or our Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
We may update or replace these Terms at any time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of our Services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using our Services.
